


Sentinel Rock Oil Corporation (“Sentinel”) is a publicly traded Canadian oil exploration & production company formed in June 2006 to focus on heavy oil prospects. Stock Symbol “SEN” on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Sentinel became a publicly traded entity by completing a reverse takeover of Sabrich Capital in March 2008. Sentinel was founded by the principals of Andora Energy Corporation, a private oil sands exploration & production company, which sold a controlling interest to Pan Orient Energy (POE – TSXV) in a transaction valuing Andora at approximately $57 Million.
